Refund And Cancellation Policy Of Mirchi Travels


We have many policy of refund which can be used by our users if he found any problems on any of the service or product or any other issue regarding Mirchi Travels. We made these policy for our user who can use them in any case if he feel any type of complains with mirchi Travels.

All the payments to Mirchi Travels are subject to refundable ( Except define specially ) -:

  • 20 days or more before the journey: Rs. 1000 or 10% of the amount is deduction.
  • 10 to 19 days before the Journey: 30% Deductions.
  • 3 to 9 days before the Journey: 55% deductions.
  • In 48 hours, the amount paid to Mirchi Travels will not be refundable.

Peak Season Cancellation Policy

  • Before 15 days or more then we will deduct 50% of the amount.
  • And if it is less than 15 Days then Non-refundable amount.

Peak Season Period

Most Of the destination have peak season starting from 1st of May to 30th of June.

Andaman And Nicobar Cancellation Policy

  • If the refund is on or before 30 days then Rs 1000 or 10% can be deducted.
  • If the refund is from 15 days to 29 days then Rs 50% can be deducted.
  • If the refund is from 10 days to 14 days than 75% can be deducted.
  • If the refund is less than 10 days then No refund will be consider.

North East Cancellation Policy

  • If the refund is on or before 30 days then Rs 5000 or 10% can be deducted.
  • If the refund is from 15 days to 29 days then Rs 30% can be deducted.
  • If the refund is from 10 days to 14 days than 60% can be deducted.
  • If the refund is less than 10 days then No refund will be consider.

Refunds Policy

  • After the scrutiny, if your refund is consider then all the refund will take in the process within 7 days.
  • If we need your bank account then you have to send us your account details so that we can RTGS in your account for the amount.
