2. What is process of booking with Mirchi Travels?

We have some process like -:

  • Whenever we receive a request from your side then we will occupy the rooms for you in the hotels or resorts which will available for you till the payment received.
  • After that you have to pay the amount before the 30 days of the journey date.
  • You can pay the amount via Cheque or NEFT transfer. Once you paid the amount you have to drop a mail to us on our registered mail id with all the details of payment like amount, cheque number etc.
  • Once we received your payment and details by mail, we will send you an acknowledgment with thank you of the amount and mail.
  • You will also receive the hotel vouchers which you have to carry with you in the printout format. But the driver details will be given you before 24 Hour of travel.

Part payment is allowed and you can book you package just by paying Rs.5000 only but you have to full amount before 30 days of the travel.

Yes, you can alter the date of journey only just paying Rs.1000 as a charge of alteration.


15. What happen in the case of strike (bandh)?

Strike is a simply can understand by it is work stoppage caused by the mass refusal of employees to work. We try our best that our services not affected by due to strike and also try to change the plans according to strikes. But in case when the travel is not possible in some serious strike issue then we try to get the full amount from the hotels, cab vendors and will refund you full amount but in some case is it not possible then customer have to bear the charges of cancellation.


16. I got the mail which contains a massage of "Payment is not completed". What is the means of this error massage?

If you get the massage then due to some problems your transaction can't be processed so you have to make another payment. But don't worries your account will not charge double but if we get double amount then we will refund you without deducting any single penny from your amount.


17. Tell me the type of cabs you can give to us?

We can give you some type of cabs in small and large group. In small car we can give you Indica or/and Indigo for just 4 passengers and if you have some large family which can be 5 or 6 member then you can use Tavera, Innova or Qualis.

For some big groups like 12 plus group members, we use some Traveller Tempos too and give you.You can also tell your preferences for some cab or vehicle for travel, then we can arrange that for you.


18. Can you recommend the cabs for me and family which gave me suitable and comfort journey?

Yes, we also recommend all other as we thing that good quality services will become our plus point. So we always ready for customer services. We recommend upto 4 adult persons, people normally use Indica. But if you have some extra budget then you can also choose some luxury in the small cars like Indigo can be the better choice. But if you are more than like 6 persons then you can choose Innova, Tavera or Qualis or more then these you can also choose travel zeep too.

You can also select a convenient for you other you can consult with the consultant too.


19. The way is planned by you or the Journey is planned by our need?

We only focus on the convenient of our user. We want to give you some very good journey which should not give you headache. And when the question of planned journey, you are free to go anywhere in your travel.

You can plan your journey according to you. You can go anywhere and you can spend as much as time you want on any location which is shown in your travel package (subject to government rules). Also if you use cabs in nights then you have to bear the extra cost (subject to voucher specifications).

20. How do I get the confirmation from you that driver will pick us or not?

We generally provide the driver's number on the registered mobile number with us one day before the travel so that you can confirm with him about the pickup and tell them all other details about the time and place.

Usually, our driver is much faster because he also calls you and confirms the pickup before calling to you. He will come to you with the placard at the pick-up point like railway station, bus stop or airport etc.


21. What does the "Cab at disposal" means?

Cab at disposal means that cabs will be with you in full of the trip or throughout the travel trip. If you use the cab outside the travel package distance or time limit then it will charged additionally.


22. What does "Cab available on point to point" means in our journey?

It means Cabs is available only on the approved basis. Any other usage will charged additional cost as these are not mentioned on package.


23. I need the cab only one way. Is the cost reduced from two way travel or not?

Unfortunately in India, there is no facility like this as inter-city cab runs only on two way basis. But if you need any cab for one way travel, then we can provide you but you have to pay for empty return also for your trip.


24. If I reach the hotel early then is it possible to check in early in hotel?

Early check in is only on the basis of availability of rooms in the hotel. And if the rooms are available then you can check in there with your own understanding and cost.


25. What is the document which is needed to carry while on travel?

While traveling on any place you need to carry you proof of identity and proof of address as in India and especially in north India. In these proofs you can carry Voter Id, Passport, driving License, pan card etc. It is quite advisable that you should carry these proofs while travel and show them when needed too.


26. Will you send any staff too with us during trip?

No, we don't have any staff member to travel with you as we are providing all of our packages for individual basis. But if we think its required then we can also send our representative for meeting with you which can explain the program.
